Hello,
I am Konstantin Koposov, born in 1991 in Kiev. My artistic journey began in the halls of the State Art School, where I took my first steps into the world of art. Growing up in a time of post-Soviet transition towards creative freedom, I found my voice in architecture and art.
My academic career started at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kiev, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Here, I laid the foundation for my architectural skills and developed a keen sense of composition and color. Concurrently, I completed a Master's program at the Lviv Polytechnic National University, further deepening my architectural knowledge.
My education then took me to Germany, to Pforzheim University, where I obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Design. This period was marked by intense creative exploration and collaboration with talented classmates and dedicated professors. The diverse cultural experiences I gathered on my journeys between Ukraine and Germany enriched my perspective and broadened my understanding of different design and art philosophies.
Clear forms and structures are important to me, and they shape my architectural and artistic works. My first major retrospective, "Dominance of Volume," took place in 2012 at the "365" Gallery in Kiev, marking the beginning of my successful art career. Since then, I have participated in numerous international and national exhibitions, competitions, and festivals, including in Germany, Turkey, Bulgaria, and the USA. My works have been recognized in the fields of conceptual painting, fine arts, and photography.
Today, I strive to merge design with the spirit of an artist and the eye of an architect, always with an eye towards the future. My journey from the historic streets of Kiev to the dynamic cities of Germany has provided me with a rich palette of experiences and perspectives that have profoundly influenced my creative work.
